Charged upfront

Your billing cycle starts on your subscription date. The full amount is charged at the start of each cycle, not after use.

Pro-rated mid-cycle

Add a child anytime. You pay only for the days remaining in the current cycle — calculated at $10/30 per day.

Full rate next cycle

From the next cycle, each child is billed at the full $10/month, charged upfront on your cycle anniversary date.

How exactly does the billing cycle work? +
Your billing cycle starts on the date you subscribe. You are charged upfront at the start of each cycle — not after use. For example, if you subscribe on May 15 with 2 children, you pay $20 immediately, and your cycle runs May 15 to June 14. On June 15 you are charged $20 again for the next cycle.
What happens if I add a child mid-cycle? +
You can add a child at any time. When you do, you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in the current cycle. The calculation is $10 ÷ 30 × days remaining. From the next cycle onwards, that child is included in the full upfront charge.
What does the free trial include? +
The 30-day free trial gives you full access to every feature — curriculum tracking, AI quiz builder, manual quizzes, and student management. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to keep access for your children.
Is there a limit on how many children I can add? +
No. You can add as many children as you need — you simply pay $10 per child per month. There are no tiers or student caps.
Can I remove a child from my plan? +
Yes. You can remove a child at any time. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle — you won't be charged for that child when the next cycle starts. There are no partial-month refunds for removed children.
What happens when I cancel my subscription? +
When you cancel, your plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing cycle — your children won't lose access immediately. If you do not resubscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You can reverse a cancellation at any time before the cycle ends.
Can I assign quizzes without setting up a curriculum? +
Yes. Quizzes can be assigned directly to your child without a curriculum set up. The curriculum tracker is optional — if you only need to assign and track quizzes, you can do that from day one without any additional setup.
